How Big will the turbines be?
Massive. These
turbines will be significantly taller than
anything else in the area. Almost 400 feet to the tip of the blade –
amongst the biggest turbines proposed for anywhere in the UK.
They will be on high ground, making them even more prominent. They
could be visible up to 30 miles away. Please do not be beguiled by the
carefully chosen photographs at the recent exhibitions. These turbines
will dominate the horizon for miles around.
